Jesse started in martial arts at the age of 5, starting in Kung Fu then moving to different styles of Karate. In 2008 he became interested in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and after meeting Adrenaline's BJJ Black Belt Rowan Cunningham he became very passionate about BJJ and made it his specialty. Jesse is currently a Purple Belt under Rowan and runs the Kids Jiu-Jitsu program. Chris has been a professional MMA fighter for nine years and has been involved in martial arts for 22 years. He has a black belt in Tae Kwon do, boxing, and kickboxing. He also has 8 years experience in personal training specializing in functional fitness, weight loss, strength training and all aspects MMA. 70% of Chris' clientele is female ranging from professional MMA fighters to fashion models.
Currently fighting the UFC, Chris is also a ringside welterweight champion, extreme combat championships middle weight champion, and professional fighting championships welterweight champion.
Chris has finished all of his first 10 professional fights by way of knockout including setting the world record for fastest knockout in MMA history with a three second knockout.
James 'Scrappy Doo' Haourt began amateur martial arts in 1999. He is 10-0 in kickboxing, started his pro MMA career in 2003 and has competed in three different weight classes. James is most known for his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and currently holds a purple belt. He has won many Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi and no gi events all over Ontario.
James loves to teach all areas of MMA, paying attention to each student equally, guiding them to achieve their goals.

Shannon Ludlow began training at the age of 15, at a London boxing gym. She met Shawn Tompkins at the age of 16 and transitioned over to his gym at the age of 17, and began training as a kickboxer. She competed multiple times as a boxer & kickboxer. At the age of 20, Shannon found her calling and began training as a mixed martial artist, adding jiu jitsu & grappling to her training routine. She began competing as a professional MMA fighter at the age of 26.
Shannon has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, and runs kickboxing classes, as well as Strength and Conditioning classes at Adrenaline.
