Striking - Classes are twice a week and involve kids learning the basics and body mechanics of punching and kicking by following the instructor as he leads shadow boxing and the kids holding pads.
Grappling - Our Kids Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes involve the ground defence and attacks like takedowns and submissions in a controlled environment to keep the children safe. Also includes grading and the opportunity to compete in tournaments. Keep in mind the focus is not on competing but the skills needed for self-defence and confidence building.
Strength and Conditioning - Kids start the classes off with warm ups involving different exercises like sprints, push-ups, sit-ups and stretching.
Free use of the facility including mat space, weight area, cage and ring. As long as there is not a class going on you have full run of the facility.

Women’s Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - This class involves learning ground techniques like takedowns and attacks as well as self-defence for real life situations by learning the power of leverage - taking away the need for strength and allowing a smaller, weaker person to submit or finish a bigger and much stronger opponent.
